No coverage for breakages / water damage
No cover. Logged calls whole week. Did not get assisted. Multiple breakages and they only offer one thousand rand assistance! Ridiculously BAD.1 reply

My business is affected by their gross Failure to support
I paid Thousands of rands into their account last quarter of 2024 after getting service suspension emails and my services ********ly being off 1 day. Thereafter they told me there is phising attacks on 1grid and emails were not from them... SIMCE THEN I asked for statement that reflects Thousands of rands I paid directly in 1Grid Bank account providing proof of payments. YTD they refuse to acknowledge my payments that were made it to their standing Bank account. In the meanwhile my business website is down. No invoice reminders no notification. Nothing. I paid last week and today another R2000+ to 1Grid. No responses are received on all my enquiries. WHAT IS WRONG WITH 1GRID???????1 reply
