I bought a few Eurolux led outdoor lamps from Leroy Merlin. 4 are faulty. I have been reading that many other people have similar issues. I will not buy Eurolux products again.
I needed to replace a cracked screen on a Samsung S23 ultra phone. I paid online via the Technomobi website. Took my phone in two days later after I confirmed that they had stock of the new screen. I asked them to repair my phone the same day. They did a great job at a fair price. Also replaced my battery at the same time. Thanks Raykie and Lesedi. I am a very happy customer. Will come to you again if required. Btw…their offices in Pretoria are very cool, well located and in a safe building. Regards Ashraf

MTN esim is again not working. MTN need to train their employees at the franchise stores and their MTN direct stores. They openly admit that they do not know how to activate the esim on my Samsung Galaxy watch 4 LTE. The network for cellphones is great but customer service is non-existent. I went to the following stores: Melrose Arch, Rosebank and finally Sandton City that assisted me. Now I find out that the network can't support esim again. Why advertise esim when you can't support it. You guys are useless. And I'm paying for monthly subscription with no service. Wake up MTN. Julie slaap..
I have been a contract customer of MTN for more than 20 years. I spend about R1000 per month with you. I called a few times trying to get an answer on adding an esim lte watch to add to my phone contract. When I renewed my contract in August 2019, MTN did nit have esim functionality unlike Vodacom. My last call to a Cynthia Tshabalala I asked her to tell Sharika ****enson (supervisor) to call me. Five days later and still no call back from MTN. Poor customer service. I have never had a problem with MTN but maybe it’s time to consider another network. I can’t believe the lack of client service. So basically all MTN clients that have contracts prior to them launching their esim are stuck. Maybe MTN doesn’t have faith in it’s esim functionality. They could use this opportunity to get more revenue by charging a monthly service fee for esim plus the cost of the watch. But MTN turns you away, doesn’t want your money and can’t add a watch as an additional item to an existing contract. Maybe MTN needs a new IT and marketing manager?
I needed to fill up Adblue in my diesel vehicle. Engen advertise on their website that certain of their garages stock Adblue. There is even a detailed map showing which Engen garages have it. I called several Engen garages including Fourways, Malibongwe drive (both branches), Conrad drive Randburg, Empire Road, Barry Hertzog Emmarentia. None of them have it in stock. I sent an email to Engen asking which garages stock it in Jhb. I have had no reply from them. Absolutely shocking that in a big city like Johannesburg none of the Engen garages stock Adblue. Can anyone assist as to where I can buy Adblue? Thank you
