Can someone please assist, I have phoned the number provided on your website for assistance only to be referred to a Coastal landline number. From there I am advised by a bot that there are no agents available for assistance and I should send a whatsapp - to a different number on your website, which I then do - and then get completely ignored
Terrible service, logged a query on Friday. Was transferred to several different departments before someone could escalate the matter and provide me with a reference number. I received confirmation of the reference number, and the message stated that my query should be resolved within 3 business days. Today, when I follow up, the same story, transfered to various departments. Eventually an agent tries to assist and checks the query number only to tell me that there is no update it doesn't seem as though anyone has worked on it
