I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the poor level of service I received while attempting to cancel my contract with MTN. I contacted your customer service department twice in an effort to resolve this matter, and bothexperiences were extremely frustrating and unprofessional. During my first call, the agent, [Andile Khumalo], answered the call, but the line went silent without any communication from the agent before the call was disconnected. I then called back a second time and was transferred to the cancellations department. After providing all my details, I was informed that I needed to be transferred to another department. Once transferred, I was again required to repeat all of my personal and account information, despite already having provided it earlier in the call. After reviewing my account, the second agent advised that I needed to be transferred yet again to a third department. When the call finally connected, the person on the line did not speak at all and eventually disconnected the call. This entire experience has been highly inconvenient, time-consuming, and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected a far better level of service and professionalism from MTN. Due to this poor customer experience and the repeated failure to assist me effectively, I have decided to proceed with cancelling my contract with MTN. I request that this complaint be formally logged and that someone urgently contact me to assist with the cancellation process without any further unnecessary transfers or delays.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today at your Sandton City branch. I ordered a mocha frappé and a chocolate chip cookie, but I was handed a white mocha and a cino sticky bun instead. The total for my order amounted to R115. When I requested a correction, I was given a cookie and the cino bun was taken back; however, the mocha was still incorrect. The individual assisting me, Thulani, appeared quite distracted throughout the process. Furthermore, I noted that the cino bun is priced at R40 and the cookie at R29, yet I did not receive the difference in change nor an apology for the inconvenience. I have since written to them about this matter but have had no luck
On the 12th of July I went to your brunch in Parktown at the engine garage on St Andrew street I bought thousand island and medium prawns. I’ve bought the small prawns before and this the packaging they came in The lady at the front asked if this was a medium because it looked like small they told her it was the medium. So I asked to see the small so I could see the difference but they refused and said it was medium size. I wrote to them the same day and they told me they would get back to me but I’ve heard nothing!
