The worst. They still have my parcel for weeks now and there is no contact number for the George branch. Pathetic service!
Issue: Incorrect billing / failed debit order / no support ⸻ I have a monthly debit order with Vodacom, which has always gone off correctly. Vodacom failed to process one of my debit orders and ever since then my account keeps showing that I “owe a month”. I have emailed Vodacom multiple times, and every time I receive the same unhelpful automated reply telling me to “talk to the robot”. The bot has no option to resolve my billing issue, and I cannot get through to an actual person who can fix this problem. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Vodacom made the mistake, yet I am being penalised on MY statement, and nobody is assisting me to correct it. I want: 1. The incorrect outstanding balance removed immediately. 2. Confirmation in writing that my account is up to date. 3. Vodacom to ensure this does not affect my credit profile in any way. This level of service is pathetic, and I will not be renewing my contract if this continues. Please resolve this urgently.
