unhappy customer
I was trying to save so I call them but now I have changed my mind, I want to cancel the plan, they ask for policy number which I have and signed letter, but I called them I never signed anything it was call trying to get ahold of them is pain, hopefully they cancel this thing now, case number CCCCR***91 reply

not happy customer at all
I had +-R50 in my bank account then I try to buy airtime only to find out that I have more then R500 so I withdraw it then after a hour I had negative balance of R500 and something. I don't get bank charge but no I have. please get this sorted1 reply

Happy customer for about +- 2 years
Calls are not good at all 1 star Emails 3 and half star Chat 4 star I have never hand problem that wasn't solved within 24hours. Great work guys keep it up0 replies

Sh...t service
I just wanted assistant at the ATM since I had pinky eye FNB consultant laugh and said it they policy doesn't allow them to assist anyone with pink eye. I did visit my bank and they did have any problem with me since I had sunglasses on and I was touching my face. FNB Pinecrest1 reply
