Phumeza must never work as an agent at Totalizator house she disrepsectful
An agent by the name of Phumeza is rude even giving people the details on the wall saying they can even contact the building manager she does not care. Mind you I pay am Law student who works with students daily with so much respect to be disrespected by an agent I don''t want to this that rude thing at 2A Harrison street (Totalizator House) , find her another building to be rude at as an agent because I am taking this to social media. Even the building manager Sharon and securities do not treat people like that so I am not sure where she gets the guts as an agent to insult people. I request you remove Phumeza from Totalizator house immediately infact other kids need jobs like hers.

Still no sign of my sim card or contact from the company that took R700 from me for a R199 10 Gig MTN sim card

R700 deducted and no delivery of the sim or call for a mere update
They called me for a R199 sim deal two months ago and August they deducted R499 instead of R199 then this month they took R199 with no sight of my sim card. The sad thing is that I needed that sim for my studies to not miss out in class on my way home and my R700 is gone. They are not bothered to call and if they do you will get empty promises guys please do not take anything from these people on the calls because what they deduct is not what they say on calls.

Took a R199 sim only deal they took R499 and vanished
They called me for a R199 10 Gig sim only deal but took R499 from my bank account and nowhere to be found or get assisted as I have no idea why that amount. I still do not have the sim card and I cannot get back my R499 they took
