Phumeza must never work as an agent at Totalizator house she disrepsectful
An agent by the name of Phumeza is rude even giving people the details on the wall saying they can even contact the building manager she does not care. Mind you I pay am Law student who works with students daily with so much respect to be disrespected by an agent I don''t want to this that rude thing at 2A Harrison street (Totalizator House) , find her another building to be rude at as an agent because I am taking this to social media. Even the building manager Sharon and securities do not treat people like that so I am not sure where she gets the guts as an agent to insult people. I request you remove Phumeza from Totalizator house immediately infact other kids need jobs like hers.

Extremely Poor Management and Tenant Experience
I strongly advise against renting at this building. The security and building management are extremely unprofessional and make even simple requests, like allowing guests to stay overnight, unnecessarily difficult. The building manager, Sipho, is consistently rude, dismissive, and treats professional tenants as if they are students. The current processes for guest approvals are overly complicated, inconsistent, and make tenants feel disrespected. Overall, this is one of the worst buildings I have lived in, and I strongly feel management needs to address both the behavior of the staff and the outdated, frustrating procedures in place.

totaliser house (Lightwell Properties)
I am a current tenant at Totalizer House in Masharlltown, Johannesburg. This place is worse than hell. As I am typing this message, it is 10:00 PM and there is a church making noise. The noise is unbearable. You come back from work to rest at home and you must put with the noise. Management is not helpful. Don’t get me started with the water and power outages. STAY FROM THIS BUILDING, IT IS TERRIBLE.

48 Frederick Street, Peter's place. Please stay away. This property management are known ****s. They have cut of residents power and water for the last month and refuse to allow them to terminate their lease agreements. The residents who have tried to move out have been assaulted by the security and their furniture confiscated. These are dangerous people , please do not lease any units from them.

Ridiculous rent and Poorly managed- TOTALIZATOR HOUSE
Hello, Totalizator House, based in Marshalltown. Its been 2 months without water and they keep on lying - saying it's a Johannesburg water issue not theirs. . The place is poorly managed, nothing is functional and has ridiculous rent. For example, last year from November to January 5th 2025 there was no electricity in building, there was no valid explanation from the Building Manager Mr Oswell. MIND YOU THERE WAS NO LOADINGSHEDDING AT THE TIME AND ALL OTHER BUILDINGS SURROUNDING HAD ELECTRICITY. I have tried to escalate issue with a Lady called Amy at their office thinking she can assist. Yho what a horrible person and very useless and arrogant.
