Ridiculous rent and Poorly managed- TOTALIZATOR HOUSE

Hello,

Totalizator House, based in Marshalltown. Its been 2 months without water and they keep on lying - saying it's a Johannesburg water issue not theirs. . The place is poorly managed, nothing is functional and has ridiculous rent. For example, last year from November to January 5th 2025 there was no electricity in building, there was no valid explanation from the Building Manager Mr Oswell. MIND YOU THERE WAS NO LOADINGSHEDDING AT THE TIME AND ALL OTHER BUILDINGS SURROUNDING HAD ELECTRICITY.

I have tried to escalate issue with a Lady called Amy at their office thinking she can assist. Yho what a horrible person and very useless and arrogant.
