Bad 4 business
Bad communication. I've been trying to get hold of them since Oct 2025. They called me on Tuesday and explained my frustrations. They guy told me he would call me back and never did. I just want to upgrade my device its due but nothing is happening. I dont even get monthly statements bt the deducting there money every month.

Bad 4 business

Deal that has cost me a lot
My line was suspended without my concent it's still suspended. I have no form of communication I was double billed. It's been 7 days and I haven't not received my refund.and I have no platform to work. No communication with clients

Deal that has cost me a lot

Loosing my money for Sim card that was never delivered to me
I have been paying for sim card that was never delivered to me from Urban Life Style, I called and I was told to wait my money has been refunded back to me. I received a message on the 23/01/2026 saying I quote: " Dear Customer. please note that from the end of Jan 2026 onwards, Urban will no longer debit your mobile contract. Debit order will be managed directly from MTN. No action is required from yourself, and your service remains unchanged". Sadly both Urban Life Style and MTN deducted on my account and there was no refund made. I called MTN they say there in nothing on my name and I called couple of times and I was belittled by one of consultants the last time I called Urban Lifestyle Rewards I seriously need help it would be better if I received the card but now I am loosing money.

This Company called Urban Lifestyle rewards are *****sters and ****mers the phoned me in October and promised to deliver the MTN Simcard data they 1st debit your account and they promise to deliver the simcard within 14 days mind you to this day they debited my account twice and never delivered on their promise I have been trying to call them and requested for my refund to this no response to my emails nor they do not answer their calls kindly do not do business with Urban Lifestyle for my refund am being made an idiot or stupid to this day and sent them 2 email today and yesterday no response please don't let this fools fool you in doing business with them my refund I have been waiting since 2 months ago

R700 deducted and no delivery of the sim or call for a mere update
They called me for a R199 sim deal two months ago and August they deducted R499 instead of R199 then this month they took R199 with no sight of my sim card. The sad thing is that I needed that sim for my studies to not miss out in class on my way home and my R700 is gone. They are not bothered to call and if they do you will get empty promises guys please do not take anything from these people on the calls because what they deduct is not what they say on calls.
