I am writing this to show my dissatisfaction with this institution as a Sassa beneficiary. I have been calling regarding the payments and sending emails, but no one seems to respond. They said we must change the card for efficiency, but nothing ever works. Even when you want to change the Post Bank itself, it is also a hassle.
The service provided by this company is totally unbelievable. It's been over a month since they said they would request feedback from the Finance department. I am so disappointed. How they treat their clients is in means of brushing them off.
The service is nonsense. I would not recommend anyone to this what what services. I'm still waiting for a call even now.
They call you and when you answer they don't even talk to you and end up dropping the call. I have been getting missed call from everyday.
