I would like to give a huge appreciation to Makhosazo Mbatha's customer service. I had forgotten to disable my cartrack lock when I switched my car on. She showed great professionalism during the call and ensuring that I am the rightful owner and everything was well. I really communication skills are highly and satisfactorily commendable and she should continue her stellar job.

I had one of the most appalling customer service
I had one of the most appalling customer service. Your Centurion Branch Manager namely Joewell Pillay, was beyond rude, clueless, and unhelpful. She went as far as accusing us of damaging the item because 'we abused it' in her exact words. We purchased a coffee machine, and when we connected it, it made weird noises when processing the coffee and milk splashing. She basically told us that we cannot exchange the machine because we have to wait for a report from the technicians, which was disturbing considering that we had raised all these concerns on the very next day of purchase. She lacks customer service etiquette and mannerisms. She gives the institution a bad name because of her inability to take the frustrated customer into confidence and calmity, but she provokes the situation instead.
