Absolutely terrible service. We call and then put on hold after 10mins of waiting they cut our call.
We had to wait 3hours in Trauma waiting room just to have my dad checked up. He fell in the morning and started suffering from memory loss. His on dialysis and totally blind. Sat in a wheel chair for 3 hours. Very disappointing
I'm very disappointed with the service and staff at Pizza Hut umhlanga ridge (opposite gateway mall). We tried calling them to place an order at 7pm they never answered, and at 1 point they cut the call. When we got to the place the lady had the phone in her hand. We then wanted to order in store at 7:30pm and they actually didn't want to take our order saying it's too late. Staff was also very rude
I paid for parts for a vehicle in full. I spoke to a guy named Terrance. He told me Monday morning it will arrive and i went through coming 35kms away. When I got there, it was the wrong parts. They said come again later and they will have the correct parts. I told him leaving out of town for work so I'm sending my brother to pick up the parts for me. My brother took off from work to come all the way to fetch the parts for me, when he gets there they tell him no they can't do anything because he doesn't have the physical receipt, so I sent him a picture of the receipt and I video called from where I was. And he still gives my brother a hard time. That's poor service, firstly for making me come all the way and having the wrong parts and then doing that to my brother. I'm disappointed to how they treat customers.
A guy named Imraan at the Mobeni branch Mandos used spares. He tells all the customers that they have a particular part you looking for and when u arrive there he tells u there's no stock. Instead of apologizing, he'll be absolutely rude to the customer and make it seem like it's the customers fault. Especially traveling all the way from pmb. He never had the part in the 1st place. He did this to many customers and is definitely bringing the companys name down. I dealt with Mandos for many years but this guy does not know good customer service or how to treat customers
Hi there. I recently went to checkers at Ladysmith (the square shopping centre). I was at the till, the lady gave me short change & overcharged for a product. I went back while being in the store. Their process just to return the change is absolutely slow. It took them 20mins just to give me back my money and I was in a rush. And the store was empty!
Hi there. I always purchase all my baby products from dischem especially baby things brand. The large nappies from baby things brand has changed completely in the last few weeks. The nappies material has changed and quality as well. It never use to leak at all, but ever since they changed the quality it's absolutely terrible. And I think you are going to loose alot of customers. Because if I'm experiencing this then definitely others are as well.
I'm very disappointed with Telkoms home fibre service in the kzn area. I'm paying R680 per month. I reported a fault over a week ago and work from home. Up till today (27 - 01 - 2025) they did not send any technician to repair the fault. They have all their fibre cables hanging from the light where as it suppose to be underground. We have had many issues where the lines were damaged by heavy rain or the ******s in our area. Its just been a nightmare. I honestly think I'm going to cancel Telkom and change to another fibre service. Never expected a huge company like Telkom to do this.
Absa Cornubia branch is the worst bank in regards to customer service. When you enter there's nobody at the entrance or at the front desk like other banks. Thereafter you have to wait in the queue and it's never busy but the employees take their time and make you wait hours just to see to you. I sat 2hours just to pick up my absa card yet I was first in line. Their customer service is absolutely poor.
The white vehicle with ND 864 441 (reg). A black guy was driving absolutely recklessly. He was speeding and sitting on peoples bumpers. Pulled to the side of me and thereafter started swearing and yelling. This what kind of people FlowPath hires. They need to be dealt with. ( 20-03-2024) at 1:30pm
