Good Afternoon. Hereby I would like to tell you about the bad service we received from Suzuki Penta Motor Group Montana. We walked into the branch and looked around the vehicles while no sales person did the effort to assist us. Instead they were busy talking with each other. They just lost a potential client. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone.
We went to Somerset Mall on 27 March 2026 around 13:45. The saleslady was so rude and did not want to assist us. She was busy with a lady client however the client was still checking items on her phone. When she assisted us she was talking with the client. It's so rude and unprofessional.
Good day, I would like to report standard bank. We are clients of them for 10 years and suddenly they request compliance letters which we did provide now they need additional information which is private according to the Popia act. This is unacceptable the head of gauteng region also did nothing. Do not bank with them they ***** your money.
Good day, Our account was frozen due to non compliance however we communicated with the bank and forwarded emails and phone calls but still no feedback was given until we logged in and saw they froze the account. The Gezina branch could not assist as well as the regional head did not provide feedback. Do not bank with them.
My shein order was send through this company and it was supposed to be delivered on the 9th of June. I did not receive any feedback from the courier or company. When I logged onto the app the next day it states delivery failed no address or cell phone number. I tried to call the company without any luck I send in request on my app to get feedback. I received yesterday a call from the manager to say they are still looking for the package it will be delivered today. Today I phoned thrice to follow up again without any success and the manager state the package is lost. Do not choose this company to deliver your order they ***** people packages.
I still didn't hear anything from the manager of the menlyn branch after he will investigate the matter.
I still heard nothing from the bank while they keep on replying they are escalating the matter.
Good day, I would like to report bad service I received from the menlyn mall branch. We went into the store to request battery changes for my phones and the lady said go and sit on the couch without any one asking whether they can assist or not. My husband is disabled and cannot wait to long due to his condition. We asked for assistance then the lady said she only works with sales. In the meantime the staff are busy talking with each other instead of assisting the customers. We left my husband there and after an hour the guy said the technician is not in store and we should wait another 4 hours to book the phones in and collect tomorrow. Unfortunately we are working full-time and we cannot drive every day to the store to collect the phone. This service delivery of the store was very bad that I would not recommend anyone to go the store.
Good day, I would like to complain about the standard bank gezina branch. We requested to open a savings account for the church and the lady by the name Jessica phoned and was rude as we did not want to give her the documents however the previous year none of the documents that she requested was necessary to open the account. She threatened us to say she will froze our account. This is unacceptable as it is not her money or account to froze.
