One of the Woolies employees basically attacked me with a confrontation in front of customers and in front of her manager, she accused me of talking about her because I reported an incident where she was rude to me, she left me at her till to go call her line manager and when he showed up, she started accusing me and raising her voice in front of this manager and he did absolutely nothing. Not an apology, not telling her this is not the way to speak to a customer. On the very same day, I contacted head office and I complained about this, not once have they ever reached out to me. So much for being "the difference" And the cherry on the cake is, this woman is a pay point controller who feels she has the right to disrespect others. Customers for that matter.
I am currently under debt review with MSD Consultants. Despite informing NRB Risk Solutions of this and offering them my debt counsellor’s contact details, their representative (Lucy) refused to engage with the debt review company. Instead, she insisted that I make arrangements directly with them. This is unacceptable, as under the debt review process all communication should go through my debt counsellor. Their refusal to follow proper procedure has caused unnecessary stress and undermines the protections provided by the National Credit Act. I request that NRB Risk Solutions respect the debt review process and communicate only with my debt counsellor going forward.
These people have reached out to me regarding my debt. I gave them all the necessary information they required and we have set up a debit order as well, they promised me and guaranteed me that they will get into contact with creditors on my behalf. They've given me a number to reach out to them, I've done that multiple times. Creditors are still on my case and I've heard from MSD 22 April 2026 last. I do not recommend anyone to do business with them
These people are harassing me day in and day out. I've already made payment arrangements to settle my debt yet they send me emails and phonecalls every single day of my life. What can I do to put a stop to this? Should I complain to the debt councilor or report them to the ncr?
Vertex consultants are harassing me every single day by calling more than 7 times to my workplace even when I gave them my personal number they hardly reach out. Even when I'm off, they call continuously regardless of being told that I'm not at work. This has caused trouble for me at work.
I'm going through a financial crisis at the moment. Capfin gave me over to a debt company and I have been harassed more than 7 times a day with phonecalls to my work place this has cause strain at work and also them telling my colleagues why they are calling. Who can I report this to because I've given them times to call but they don't, instead they call whenever they want when I'm not available. I've been trying to make payment arrangements but to no avail.
David was the most amazing and friendly consultant. He helped me with everything I had questions for
I have put in a query last week regarding money that lendplus debited out of my account and not 1 person got back to me. I need my money because I do not owe them!
Just yesterday I have paid my installment to lendplus, then a few minutes thereafter they deducted the very same installment again. I have tried reaching out to them but to no avail. None of the consultants tries reaching out to me or to respond to my emails.
For the past 2 months everytime I want to pay my MultiChoice account, my amount due is way more than I normally pay. I have found out that they upgrade my package to family without my consent and when I enquire about it they tell me that I will remain disconnected until I pay the amount of R270 for a package I haven't upgrade but they did for the 2nd consecutive month. I normally pay R130 and the live chat agents are so useless they can't provide me with any information
