Stay away. We have been struggling to transfer our domain from them for over a month now and they keep rejecting our requests from the new provider. Stay away. You may loose your domain forever.
I ordered a radio on 17 July, and have not received it yet. They claim 1-3 shipping days. I have tried to contact them for several days now via email and phone ([email protected] |+27 10 448 7027) but no response. DO NOT BUY from this company. They don't respond, and don't ship. I put in a dispute for the charge with my bank and hopefully the bank will refund me. STAY AWAY from this company.
I am a FNB Private Client and have been doing all my banking with FNB for many years now. I am buying a property and need a Bank Guarantee for the balance of the purchase price, and have been struggling for 3 days now to get a response from my private banker assigned to my account. I have left multiple voice mails, whatsapp messages, and emails, but no response at all. When I call the Private Client helpdesk, they cannot assist me and always transfer me to Riaan again, but no response from Riaan, just allow me to leave a voice mail. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. The sad part of all of this is that the account from the seller is a FNB bond so FNB wants me to give them a FNB guarantee (Which costs me extra money) to guarantee money from FNB will be paid to another FNB account. How ridiculous is that? Worst banking service ever. Time to move to another bank for all my banking needs.
