Item stole from my car at BMW Sandton while it went for service and STILL NO RESOLUTION!!!! The customer service team lead Busi and Dealer principle Mike King have handled this so terribly. Leaving the brand soon.
I cancelled my tracker last year (2025) and have still been debited months after. This has impacted my credit score too and I laid a formal complaint. No formal apology or breakdown of refund as requested, consultant just issued a refund. Such a terrible customer experience and oversight on their side, with no accountability.
I took my car for service at BMW Sandton and an item of mine was taken from my car. I called on Thursday 23 April to report this issue and the Customer Service Manager told me that they’re looking at footage and will get back to me on Friday the next day. I didnt receive a call on Friday and then again the week after with no feedback. This is terrible and would NOT recommend this service centre. Absolutely ********** client experience.
I am disappointed in the level of service I have received this far regarding my washing machine. My machine broke and was taken to maintentacne with Hisense, they brought the machine back and did not test it when they returned to see if it works, which is terrible customer service! I then tried to put the machine on and none of the buttons work and logged a fault. It is 6 days without a machine and NO RESPONSE from your technical team. Gift (technical support) logged my issue on Monday and its Wednesday now and no one has reached out to me to keep me informed or to replace my machine as requested, what level of customer experience is this?
I have been without WiFi for 5 days now and no update from Meteo fibre. I keep getting the same “a technician will contact you”, FOR 5 DAYS??? I am cancelling my Afrihost with immediate affect. This is ridiculous service as a paying customer for over 5 years.
If I could give you a zero rating I would. Such terrible customer service for a paying customer with multiple products! Your under trained customer service consultants fail to read and resolve such a simple query and I’m sent to different departments over something so simple. 6 weeks later and NO resolution and no refund that is due to me. PATHETIC!!!!!
I wish there was a zero rating. Such terrible customer servicing touch points and staff aren’t trained. All they’re trained for is selling products! My contract has ended and I’m still being billed. After I call the call centre, no one can assist me and no one knows what to do. I have emailed their complaints mail and they responded with a generic response after I spent time detailing the issues faced. As a paying customer I expect more!
Terrible service. Credit card being blocked without my knowledge? Consultants don’t know why my card is blocked and when they put me on hold the call gets disconnected. How do you not inform customer that card is being blocked? No resolution 3 days later!
The worst fibre provider. I have not had internet for 3 weeks now and no one has solved my issue. Instead I wait two days for someone at retentions to be in contact with me and not solve my problem. I’ve never had such bad service! Would not recommend. I’m also waiting for a refund that still hasn’t come instead they’re dragging their feet and getting technicians to call me to do the same thing I’ve probably done 10 times with no resolution.
I have had the worst experience with Afrihost and Vumatel! My fibre has been down for a week and everything I call Vumatel I put through to agents who have no idea what’s happening. I’ve been told countless times that someone would call me back yet that has not happened and my line is still inactive. Every other week there is an issue with Afrihost/Vumatel line and it’s so ridiculous the level of customer service.
