I called the Innovation customer care line to last week to cancel all my policies but they tried to debit my account and I was left with R600.00 banking charges. They must pay that money back.
I8851613, my account was handed over to T.J. Maodi Incorporated and made arrangements and paid the account in full and waiting for a paid up letter but today Vodacom tried to debit my account and left me with a banking charge of R150. 00 they must pay those banking charges.
I still haven't received response or refund from Telkom, they don't care about they're customers.when they want they're money they try everything to get hold of you but they can't do the same when they owe you money.

This is a third complain regarding Telkom and i still haven't received any respons, just called their call center now and i was put on hold for 11 minutes and i was told no teamleader or supervisor available on the floor. Very disappointed as always .506017273
I only received one call from telkom after i logged a complaint with hellopeter, they said their still investigating the case and they'll get back to me and i haven't received any feedback.
I have a contract with Telkom and it was handed over to Nudebt, i called the collection company for them to send me proof of when my account was handed over plus the proof of arrangement and the statement showing that I'm paying the account every month and i was told that i need a Court order to get those documents or i can go to Telkom for assistance then i went to Telkom at Alberton City and i was told to call the call center, i called and i asked to speak to the team leader or whoever that is incharge i was they're busy and that was on the 20th of January 2023, i called the call centre again this morning i spoke to Lerato Tlale and he was so rude,he was shouting at me saying he's not going to listen to me but i should listen to him coz he works for telkom. I've been dealing with this since from last week and tired of playing game ,i paid the account in full and i want all those documents today. Your agents don't know customer service, you get send from pilar to post and no one has answer.
