I have a missed payment reflected on my credit report for March, however a debit order payment was successfully processed on that same date.
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an unauthorized credit inquiry and application linked to my profile. On the day in question, I was using the PayJustNow app with the sole intention of requesting a small increase (R1,000) to my existing spend limit. At no point did I apply for, or consent to, any credit facility with Finchoice. Shortly thereafter, I began receiving messages prompting me to approve a debit check mandate. Recognizing that this was not something I had initiated, I immediately contacted your call centre and clearly informed the consultant that I had not app**** for any Finchoice credit facility. I requested that any such application be cancelled. I was advised that the matter would be escalated. Despite this, I continued to receive mandate approval messages and was later contacted again by another consultant. I once again made it clear that I was not interested in any credit offering from Finchoice and had not app**** for one. It has now come to my attention that a hard credit inquiry has been recorded on my Experian credit profile as a result of this incident. This is extremely concerning, as I am very cautious about my credit behavior and do not consent to unnecessary or unauthorized checks that may negatively impact my credit standing. I would like to formally request the following: A full explanation as to how a credit application was initiated and processed without my consent. Clarification on how a debit mandate request was generated without a completed and approved application. Immediate removal of the unauthorized hard inquiry from my credit profile with Experian.
I'm trying to get hold of the "legal department" as I am told to resolve my matter with direct axis. They pick calls and drop them , then again they answer and leave the call hanging. I've called four time without any success. Are they working or playing because we need assistance please. It's funny the debt collection team is always available on a call but as soon as you get transferred, it's hopeless.
Bears took my couches after I complained about the leather color wearing off, they said they are going to fix them and it will take about two weeks, it's been over a month and no one is communicating anything. I have to be the one making a follow up all the time and sometimes they don't even respond to my messages. To make things worse today a driver called me as I was about to go somewhere to tell me that they are coming to deliver the couches, the call came through at around past 11 in the morning. I waited until I called hours later and I was told the driver found the couches not complete so he left, no one even bothered to communicate, its even worse because their customer service department they don't even assist they just take your cellphone number and never get back to you. I don't know how many times I have called customer service, no one even bothers to make a follow up or atleast try to assist. Bears is the worst furniture shop I have ever dealt with. Their service is very poor and will never buy from them again. Their complaints department is also useless!
Your business is nothing but absolute exceptional. Great service, on time delivery, love your products. I love it!!
What kind of a business that have contact details that are not working, all of them. Communication is the worst!
