Edgars has the worst system ever, infact its horrible! I have tried for months to register and have access to the app but till today no one in their department is able to assist me, i get sent to different people and it seems no one knows what they are doing. I wasted my airtime calling and each time the is no solution, they keep telling mw about an IT issue, why has it been an issue for months. And what is frustrating is that i have to call in order to check my balances! Iv never been this annoyed with RCS, I suggest you think twice if ever you want to take an account with them.
<div>If i have to write a review every day about how bad and horrible the service of this company is, I would! How long does it take to get a clearance certificate? I paid all my debts in July 2025, it is bow November I have not received anything from them, everytime i call they tell me they will get back to me and theu never do! Guys according to law the it shouldn’t take more than 21 days to get the certificate and not more than 21 days for the credit bureau to update my details! The lady i was dealing with and who was assisting me **** is nolonger responding to my emails! Guys if you do not take this as a serious sign that this company is not good then I do know what more to say, I do not recommend them to anyone at all, poor service, horrible communication!</div>
Finchoice has yet again went and debited money on my account unauthorised today which is the 05/06/24. I would like finchoice to cancel debit orders on their side and i will be making my payments via their account numbers because it is frustrating that they keep deducting money on my account when they do not have authority. Guys i urge you no matter how stranded you are financially finchoice should be the last institute you go for, i live to regret this everyday.
@wooliesdash i do not recommend anyone from using them. I placed my order on the 30th of march, the order was cancelled because the delivery guy has an incorrect number. I called them immediately and the agent said the money will be refunded to my account. I then made a follow up with an email 3 days after and the sent me an email stating that it takes 3-5 days to process the refund. It has been over 5 days now and again today the 9th or April I'm calling them and they are saying that it will take 3-5 days! @wooliesdash make it make sense as to why would a refund take more than 10 days???? Your service is horrible because firstly i keep sending emails that im still waiting for a refund and no one is getting back to me, you send emails that an agent will call me and no one has, i do not understand why as i customer i have to be the one following up with you. Guys if you want a smooth service order from pickup n pay and checkers at least you will get your refund immediately unlike waiting 10 days for your own hard earned money, wooliesdash is bull****!!
This company is very ***********, they have deducted 4 times in my account and then claim that i did a debit agreement online. Mind you their interest rates are too high, they have deducted money twice onto an account that has been paid up, what i do not get is why take money again while im still waiting for a refund!! Please do not take any financial loan from this company or you will live to regret it! The consultants are rude and service is very poor. I want finchoice to refund me back my money asap. The lady said it takes 24 hours to get a refund, its over 24 hours and they went and deducted again while im waiting for a refund. I repeat DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOANS!!!
