Poor service blocking our account before they call us
Poor service suspending our account after we paid everything and they didint tell us why till nw our phones WiFi are blocked it's so painful becoz we don't owe anything
Our gate motor was stollen sat morning and we rang the Arlam no one responded they came later on then they say they were sleeping
Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Capitec Bank *Review:* I went to Capitec for assistance after I made a mistake sending money to the wrong person with the intention of getting help to reverse the amount, instead assisting me, they told me they can't, or if they were to call the person it will be on my own account to which I must pay them a sum of R100.00 I even wondered which customer care was it, after the consultant was refusing to assist me, but o clearly shows they support perpetrators
