What a nightmare
Horrible customer care service by their desk agents bought a ticket for me and my daughter but we only got one seat they refused to help me so I paid for the other seat for nothing and their bus reeked of pee... Never again will I ever use this bus

Apm bus service is trash
Apm is toying with people's lives booked a bus to 22h20 Pmb to jhb bus didn't come instead they brought us a Kalamazoo bus a very very old one it was raining and the bus wipers were not working They give horrible service shame my endiety levels are on peak scared for my life Never ever e er again will I use their services they should be taken off the road
