Cartrack

I actually need assistance my partner has opened a cartracking account on my car.. And the device was inserted on my vehicle without my knowledge. I then contacted cartrack regarding the matter and they confirmed that my partner has the account with them and I should send them the prove that I am the lawful owner of the vehicle. Then I then mailed them my lincecing disk that has my names on it and my I'd number as a prove.. As I was advised by the sales representative. Then when I phoned again for followup the storie now changed they said I must provide them with a prove of my papers and I checked them and they are missing. So they told me that they can't cancel the account they have to protect their client who is paying them. And I went on to ask them how can they insert the tracking device on my personal vehicle without my consent and why didn't they ask my partner to give them a prove.i feel like my rights are being violated as I am being stalked everyday and cartrack is failing me. The fact that I did not give him a consent to insert the tracking device on my own vehicle is not enough. Now I have to go to traffic department to get the get the actual paper and now they are closed and only reopen in January it not their problem I have to wait until they open. They said that the prove that my name is on a licensing disk it is not enough as the vehicle can be somebody else's how come... I am frustrated I need urgent help
