Am happy service for one of my accounts has been cancelled but nothing is being said for the past 3weeks regarding the money I paid for the cancelled service. I want my refund or rather they must credit it to my active service at my other address for the following month. I have opened numerous cases and they resolve them without any assistance
Am not happy with the service I received from MetroFibre I have 2 accounts with them and I have requested they cancel the one in Rabie Ridge as my parents are moving. I have raised tickets, wrote follow up emails and called to only speak to a AI robot. Now they sent me a bill for 2 accounts. I was told by their sales agent that it is a month to month contract they will not bind me should I decide to cancel at any time

I settled my account with Truworth’s and Identity. I have been trying to get hold of the attorneys they handed me over to and it’s been a hustle, as am being taken from pila to post and it’s so annoying. All I want is settlement letter and for the accounts to be closed
I have advised matrix number Of times to update on their system that I have settled their account and they should cancel. It’s been 3months following them and nothing is done. My credit profile is not updated and reflects as though I owe them.
I am so disappointed with the service from rage. I settled the account 2 weeks ago and it still has not been updated on their statement or reflected. I have called their accounts department with no luck. What kind of business are they really running, they are very quick to update bad credit record but when you pay them they do not update.
I must say I am very much disappointed with Matrix. They handed my account over to their Debt collectors Risima holdings and I arranged and settled the money. I sent them an email to cancel but they telling to settle the account, how is that possible that I settle twice. All I want is a cancelation of the services as I do not have the car anymore and do not need the services
My name is Sibusiso Buthelezi I am a bolt driver. I was ****** at gun point by 2 coloured guy that requested from Kempton to Rabie Ridge. Upon ending trip they took my money and cellphone. I opened a case at the police station. Instead of being assisted by a person on bolf help desk am being assisted by a robot that tells me I will be compensated with R57 as if my life is worth that. This is a serious case and I feel it's not handled accordingly
Very bad service. I am not happy with this service I got at Foschini Mall of Africa. I purchased facial products on the 10th December 2023 and app**** them night and day for two days after purchase and I got a bed skin reaction and when I went to the store to report they say they will not assist me due to products open. What an I going to do with products that affected my skin. The lady was rude and didn't even seem to care
