The Worsr bad customer service ever. @North West Potchefstroom. By Mooiriver Mall.
Bad customer service recieved from them particularly the free lancers advertizing this brand in Potchefstroom,North West.
Sheet street took my account to the associated credit specialists only to find out that they have spoken to someone else on my behalf about my account without any consent. Its against my POPI ACT as a customer because I did not register this person as a next of kin or beneficary. That was ultterly unacceptable from both parties and I as a Sheet street client will not tolerate such utterances.
Yoh the sheet street at Modimall does not allow customers to pay their accounts without their card. Even with a smart ID they refuse to assist customers to pay their respective accounts. This causes customers to not pay no time leading to additional interests.
I would like to humbly thank Absa @ Modimall for reserving my ID and Absa bank card. I have lost it tragically last year during a mugging incident to a point where I had to literally start my life all over hey. I had to block my absa card and redo it for the first time and also redo my ID for the third time in a row because it would get lost over a short period of time. To a point where I barely walk with it anymore. I keep it on my phone. So this is gratitude speaking. Although I had misunderstood the branch manager. I managed to understand where he was coming from then based on the primtive and restrictive rules set by the bank itself. I thank yiu and may Absa and its staff continue to do the tremendous work they have been doing.

I would like to appreciate and give a special shout-out to Pick n Pay clothing from Mooiriver Mall at Potchefstroom, North West. Thank you soo much for your consistency, patience in correspondence and your customer service treatment. I appreciate the efforts. The training of staff is noticeable and highly recommended indeed. And for that I thank even the call centre is high commendable and recommended.
This review is dedicated to Woolworths Mooiriver Junction in Potchefstroom. I went there to pay my store account in full. As I arrived by the till I realised I had forgotten my account number details. So the service was good thus far and they kindly check my information on the system and also they ask about my comfortability in terms of waiting patiently for assistance and agreed to that. There were personal interactions between the assisted manger and those over the phone only to find that the lady over the phone provides unrealistic information claiming that my account has been handed over which is not the case. That particular evening every employee working there is aware of this and my situation which makes extremely uncomfortable. In doing so my card has reached its maximum limit for the day in terms of swiping and withdrawing. This results to me issuing full payment the next day, on a saterday after the incident friday evening and as I enquired the following week, this Tuesday, I met with the same two ladies who had exposed the accuracy of account towards staff members of which I did not appreciate do the same thing again and not enabling me to make a call to confirm with Woolworths financial services by the Mooiriver mall in Potchefstroom and refusing access to assist me further until I had forced them by embrassing them back on public verbally. I am very disappointed in Woolworths Mooiriver Junction of Potchefstroom because this is not the kind of ethical behavior I had expected from them it is giving ghetto and untrained ethical behaviour indeed. I would advice training according to the POPI act.
I am referring this complaint or suggestion rather to the Ok foods that is located in Potchefstroom, North West shoping complex. The lady in management I'm not certain if whether is an assistant manager or something. She gave me the looks of decifullness this other time during the week as I was buying some essentials because I had gotten in with two previous plastics from checkers. Instead of her mentioning this to me beforehand whilst I was paying for my essentials, she let me be with her bodily facial expression showing otherwise. As I was outside I remembered that I had forgotten to buy spices inside so I quickly go back inside the shop to see if those spices are still available and as I entered the shop she storms behind me telling me in English that I'm not allowed with my plastics inside the shop because the items are still sold in store. My question is why didn't she mention this to me earlier and is it a crime for a customer to forget doing so? I will kindly await the response from the institution, Thank you.
The Vodacom mooiriver mall store were not able to assist me with a swim swap. Specifically,the manager kindly refused and stated that I should pay the outstanding remaining amount first before doing a swim swap which was necessary due to my mugging incident. Worst part is they kept derailing me from doing so indeed.
