Bought 450g rusks from Woolworths in Nov 2025. When I opened the pack I was in for a shock! Lots of broken pieces! I removed the rusk and took photos to attach to the complaint. Only 8 pieces was whole - 61g of crumbs with the rest broken pieces. Emailed customer service and provided them with the relevant info. I received an apology and was informed that a voucher will be issued. In Dec the voucher was issued to the incorrect cell number. I informed them of the mistake and provided the correct number & email address - today 21 March I followed up again as it's now 4 months since my original complaint. I also informed them that they are now no.1 on my list for poor customer service!
Hi - I'm a premium subscriber - and NOT HAPPY!!!! NO BROADCASTING OF THE WINTER OLYMPICS - but 5 channels of stupid soccer!!! Olympics happens once every 4 years so why can't one of the soccer channels be used??? And don't give me the **** excuse that there wasn't enough time to negotiate broadcasting rights - you've had 4 years! It's no wonder you are loosing subscribers! You will be using another one very soon!
****** THAT LIE TO YOYR FACE AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND!!!! Hi Support - just checked the status on my package and STILL NO UPDATE SINCE 27 JAN!!!!!! 39 DAYS IS TRANSIT!!!!! Even tried to contact the courier company and they don't respond either!!!! Pls process my refund ASAP as my package is clearly lost - you appointment the courier company so you should not make it my problem when they don't deliver!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Bought some shakes from Pharmadiv online pharmacy on 4 Jan 2026. Once I've paid and the order was confirmed I received notice about delays due to supply chain issues. On 10 Jan I checked the status and same message with no progress on my order! I searched for another supplier and managed to find the shakes so I requested Pharmadiv to cancel my order and requested a refund. Bank details was requested and provided to [email protected] on 10 Jan. I've been following up via email asking for refund to be actioned multiple times - even tried to call them on 063 839 5595 but no answer!! Went to hello Peter and there's mixed reviews on customer service - I'm the unlucky one obviously! It boggles my mind that some companies care so little about their customers/reputation!

Part 2 of my initial complaint - STILL WAITING ON REFUND TO BE PROCESSED BY SKYNET - all docs submitted on 23 May - I had to follow up weekly and every time I get the standard response BUT NO REFUND!!! Followed up on 9 June and had to resubmit my bank details & supporting info AGAIN - which can only mean that they've done NOTHING to resolve and they **** in their responses on my email requests! 3 weeks to get my money back WITH NO LUCK
Shocking - Truly Shocking Non-Service received from Skynet. My TEMU package was due for delivery latest 16 May. Contacted customer service on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (19-23 May) and spent a total of 69 minutes trying to get my parcel delivered. You phone the call centre and they put you on hold to speak to the manager and then they just leave the call without returning to the customer!!!!! Super frustrating!!! Eventually logged a request for refund on Friday afternoon after the manager Michelle failed to contact me for 3 hours (it was communicated to me that she will call me back within the hour to provide an update). Followed up via email again yesterday afternoon and to date Tuesday, 28 May (08h30) NOBODY FROM SKYNET HAS CONTACTED ME (I even attached my call log into an eamil to proof that nobody phoned me on my mobile). I now have no confidence in Skynet as a courier company. I've never had this problem with Buffalo Logistics & Fastway. ALL I EXPECT IS FOR MY PARCEL TO BE DELIVERED!!!!! In this case A REFUND!!!!!!
