I recently visited Clicks in Brackenfell, Cape Town for the first time, and I was truly impressed by the excellent service I received. Phoebe Kate Prinsloo assisted me, and she was 101% on point, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I was assisted within moments of walking in, which made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. She is a true asset to Clicks, and I wish all Clicks branches had staff members like her. Keep up the great work, Phoebe, and thank you for the outstanding service!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from MDS today. What made the experience even worse was speaking to someone who identified themselves as the Operations Manager. Instead of assisting, I was told to “beg” for them to do what was required for my delivery to be completed — this is completely unacceptable. The level of customer service, from the agent through to management, showed a clear lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect. This is not how paying customers should be treated. Axxess should seriously reconsider working with this delivery partner, as the service I experienced was poor and far below acceptable standards. Customers are not asking for favors — we are paying for a service. Please respect the value of our money and treat customers with the dignity they deserve. You can and should do better.

Stupid service and Associates keeps giving wrong information. I logged a return on Sunday the 19th of May 2024. The return was rejected on Monday the 20th of May. Since then when I call them they say say not yet shipped back. The last agent I called on the 24th of May friday advised it was dropped or delivered on the provided address. Which is a lie. I hate takealot. With all my life.. worse experience ever.. I should have given a no star.
Not happy with the service. Better go to retail outlets when you need a ticket. I bought a ticket online on Saturday for Sunday. Just to be told they did not receive the payment later that day. To retail outlet. I have to spend another R400 for a bus ticket. Now they have it. When I send email no one responded. If Computicket value us as customers please do something with your system. And not to inconvenience me. Mxm
