I'm so disappointed with the San Hair Clearwater mall. I bought a wig on Friday the 8th of May 2026 and the hair is already tangling...I need to understand what type of hair will just tangle a few days after purchase.. This is unacceptable for such a reputable hair store
On Sunday 05 April 2026.I was assisted by a rude Cashier by the name of Slindokuhle Mabaso, at Boxer Chris Hani Crossing. She doesn't understand the meaning of customer service..Her Manager Mr Mokgethi asked her to apologize which she rudely said to me how must I apologize must I pay you to accept my Apology. This lady needs serious customer service training and Business ethics training because as a Frontline staff you can't ignore a customer then you become defensive when being called out. Boxer Chri Hani Crossing do better
I received notification that a cell phone contract has been approved and I did not authorize any new cell phone application. I called 082 1950 to try and stop this however Thokozani could not assist. I went to Vodacom cresta and they couldn't assist to stop this transaction....how is it possible that a transaction that is not approved can't be stopped????? My ID is already blocked.
My contract was upgraded without my consent...CellC how do you upgrade a number without authorization? I did not confirm any upgrade. .please sort this out as soon as possible
Vodacom why is it so difficult to cancel contract and move to pre-paid....my contract ended October 2022 and I requested to cancel and move to prepaid...it's a year later and the contract is still not canceled...This is poor service customers are always redirected to the automated machine for cancelations follow up and nothing happens after that??????
