I went to my OK in Sannieshof, to get their deal paper. Neatless to say I always shop their, but I decided today that I am not going to any more. The manager told their security, "what do he want" when I was just asking for their special paper. The manager then told the security, "looks like he want to rob my shop." Where in the world did he get that? He knows me and he knows that I am a regular customer, Sannieshof is not big and everyone knows everyone. Then he Rudely told me, "the special papers are finished, I am not going to look for one to give to you!" I am sorry, but some people are not meant to be managers. When you go into the shop it is not odd to find him following you through the illes, I have never stollen anything, but are treated as an ******** in this shop.
Can someone please help, do Rain charge by subscription or the amount of data you use. We were just cut of, yes you heard me right. We only had internet for a few days this month. I contacted support on the 10 of January 2025 #28920086. No good it did me, the support person told me not all routers will be working with Rain cards anymore and that I have to change to Rain One 5G router to continue. What! And no one got back to me after that, no reply...So the only option I had left was to cancel Rain #28956528. Still no reply and no help. Yesterday 31 January 2025, I phoned support again, but it didn't help again...all that support did was confirm my cancellation. Now I am all in to settle my last account, but I will not pay the whole amount, when I only had a few days of internet usage and they didn't even let us know or help us. Is this how you treat your longtime customers Rain?
We have been with rain for a couple of years now, but lately it has just got worse. In the beginning the service was good, now you hardly get anyone if you call or they send you a reference number that they will get back to you. We got a discount for 3 months on our monthly payment, everything went well, they send me an confirmation E-mail with my reference number, for reference, for the first 2 months it was fine, on the 3 month how ever they are demanding the full payment, where we are still due the 3 month's discount. They keep on deducting money from the back, because there is insufficient funds, because we only put in the discounted amount. I have tried to contact them to ask what is going on. 3 Reference numbers later and I spoke to an accountant yesterday, she told me to just sit and wait till the head account phones me, whenever that is going to happen I do not know.
My son wanted to go to the branch in Sannieshof this morning to take his coins and put it in his account. They just told him that he is the wrong customer this morning and they refused to help him. He came home and told me what happened, he then told me that he is going back to the branch to close his account. He went and they refused to close his account. The lady went to the teller to find out what happened after my son told her that they refused to help him. They had a lot of stories, and they laughed at him. How low can you be, to belittle a child like that. I am sorry ABSA, you lost 2 customers today. As soon as we are able we are going to close both our accounts. Please, do not contact me or my son, because we are not going to respond to your phone calls. Thank you.
Can we please get better service at our local First National Bank? You get your ticket at the door, but sit there for a very long time, before being helped. If you ask them to help you, they help you eventually, but you end up going back for the smallest things. Some of there clients end up being helped before you get helped, even if you are one of there clients too.
Can someone please explain the logic behind this price jack? All the spar purr-fect wet cat food tins is priced at R15.99. (400g) But the price for the Tina in water purr-fect wet cat food tin is priced at R33.99. Now I ask were is the logic in the price hike. All the other tins was sold out, except the expensive cans. We were at Delarey spar before the new year and there all the cans was marked at the same price. Out spar here in Sannieshof take a lot of chances and expect us to just keep quiet and pay there prices.
Why do I wait most of the time when I order something, when it shows that stock is available? It also happend to me twice now that I ordered an item and when I received (that item) it does not look like the advertised item or I never even ordered that item - wrong item was send to me. And don't even bother to contact them and try to explain the fault that they made, it is not worth the effort. I only wish that Takealot would give better service to everyone. Even their team delivering goods to towns outside of the big cities are delivering later and later and not as early as they use to.
My first experience with fat cake city in Sannieshof was not good. Certain employees working there would rather talk to certain customers and not give the orders through to the kitchen. Resulting in you waiting a very long time.
