I’m extremely frustrated that my WiFi connection is down again for the second time in less than three months. For a service that charges such a high monthly premium, this level of unreliability is completely unacceptable. What makes this even more disappointing is being told that “a ticket will be logged” and that the issue will only be attended to within three working days. In today’s environment, where reliable internet is essential for work, communication and daily life.
I always experience efficient service from the PMD friendly staff.
