I need to share the level of incompetence of the Agent Kully Ziphethe on managing my property at Lion Pride and lack of empathy and understanding on my financial strain. The lack of care and customer service is so visible that the agent has failed to serve the tenant with a notice to vacate since October 2024 to date. All attempts to escalate these matters with the Roodepoort office has failed. This is so painful as the tenant has not honoured the payment agreement from onset which somehow has been condoned by the Agent and the company. The agent and the company has failed to improve on their communication skills since our engagement, they are incapable of noting a communication even just to respond to emails. please ask anyone from Senior Management to assist as all attempts to make sense of this incompetence has failed.
I recently leant that Curro School Holding has handed my account to KGB Attorneys which I do not owe the institution any amount. All attempts to resolve this matter with Curro has failed. The school has transfered my daughter to another Curro school beginning of January 2025 which the fees for January have been debited on 24 January 2024 as fees are paid in advance. Curro has invoiced me for the previous school, Curro Protea Glen for the same child for same period after internal Curro transfer. I am extremely dissapointed with how Curro conduct their business and how they can operate a **** to benefit twice. This is a sign of bullying and abuse of market power by Curro Management on poor and vulnerable people like me. This must stop with immidiate effect. I am emotionally disturbed by this unbecoming conduct.
Good day DSTV is a ***** and worse than armed ******s, since the 28 August 2023, I made a payment error of R6000 instead of R600. I have made numerous enquiries to [email protected] to no success. It has been promise after promise to date. My last attempt with my bank for a recall has also failed since Multichoice has refused to cooperate after acknowledging receiving the amount in question and making three written promises to refund. please help if you know anyone Senior in the company to assist. I have lost hope and trust on the system. thanks
