I have used their repair services in the past. They are honest, transparent and provided great advice on my dishwasher recently. Not only did tge do great repair service they lent me a machine as there was a long wait for a part to come. What incredible service. Kudos to the whole team.
What a shambles. Not sure where to start. 1. Paid for an express service only to be told that it applies only to production that is not measured in working days but working hours. Who does that. So am I as the customer meant to divide working hours by 48. Express apparently is meant to reduce to in half - not meaning 24 hours as per normal but presumably x number of days. 2. Repeated calls to their customer care line “more aptly to be named “ 7 circles of hell” for long waits that just cut off 3. Finally spoke to self important and agitated human who felt that their weird system should be very clear for all from their website. 4. No apology. No attempt to suggest a solution to time sensitive delivery. Just a FU atttitude. Well FU
Moving cross country is a stressful exercise. Not for the first time Braam from Ready to Move produced a fair and clear quotation, managed my move and his teams very well for a smooth transition. Two days prior to the move I needed to move the date of the move forward a day. Now whilst this doesn’t sound like much, the logistics on his side to arrange for that accommodation were a big deal. He handled it with care and calm, his team were polite and efficient. They drop off of my contents went very well and his team were keen to help in all ways including installation of appliances. I had a large stock of plants and pots, these were watered and handled with care. Now the boxes need to be unpacked and everything must find its place but that is our work, Braam’s team have done their well. He is highly recommended for clearly quoting, packing and excellent availability for communication.
My two mini dachsies are with Dotsure. They both needed some dental work and despite me moving down a cover level in the beginning of the year, they honoured every cent of the claim for the work. I had multiple interactions with their team. Over the past weeks to understand what will and won’t be covered. They were clear, factual and still I was pleasantly surprised when they cleared the claim of more than R8k in less than 2 hours and informed me the claim had been paid into my bank account. We also moved our business vehicle insurance to them last week. For better cover the premium was less than a third of what Auto & General were charging. They called back when they said they would. Policy was clear and clearly explained. Auto & General were diabolical and they really should not be licensed to sell water much less insurance products. But this is kudos review. And Dotsure deserve them in spades this week.
When my younger brother passed away on Boxing Day we were distraught to find that his body had been taken by the police for an inquest due to dying following surgery, as per law. This meant dealing with 3 dysfunctional state departments and delays in making arrangements. I randomly googled suppliers of direct cremations and called Mosaic on New Year’s Day. From the first phone call I felt relief. Courteous, calm, polite and informative, their central team transferred me to the rep for the northern suburbs of Johannesburg, Dean de Klerk. Despite the absolute disastrous state of the govt facilities, no phone calls being answered, Dean had information on my brother’s remains and that I could identify the him a day later. Him and his team met us on site, guided me seamlessly through the processes and grim loading Bay Area to do the needed identification. Within the day, all needed documents were handled and passed to me as certified copies. He was in constant contact, professional and kind and offered great comfort in what was a horrible process. The cremated remains, original documents were delivered in time for the memorial. Then the cost - whilst one doesn’t consider the cost of cremation services, Mosaic were extremely well priced, considering how service and detail orientated they were. Our family would like to thank and recommend this team to anyone who is in the unenviable position of losing a loved one.
