No Compassion, No Accountability, Poor Service
I had a very disappointing experience with Mosaic Funeral Group. My mother’s valid, fully paid funeral policy was wrongly rejected, the claim assessor was disorganised and unempathetic, and I was pressured to pay for services that were covered while I was grieving. This was poor service at a very difficult time, and I would not recommend them

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Mosaic Funeral Group for the compassionate and professional way they assisted with my brother’s cremation. A special thank you to Martin and Sonja for the incredible support they gave to our family during such a difficult time. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile brought us so much comfort. We are truly grateful for the dignity and care shown throughout the process.

MOSAIC FUNERAL GROUP HARRISMITH
Our father passed away and we contacted Mosaic Funeral Homes Harrismith to assist us with the arrangements. Their service was fast and very professional! They helped us with all the arrangements and made our sad experience so much better! We can definitely recommend them to everyone! #MosaicFuneralGroupHarrismith

Great Repatriation service
Mosaic Funeral Group provided exceptional assistance with the repatriation of my uncle's remains. They handled all the documentation and logistics with professionalism, making a difficult time much easier for our family. Highly recommended.

The best undertaking help and support when we needed it most
When my younger brother passed away on Boxing Day we were distraught to find that his body had been taken by the police for an inquest due to dying following surgery, as per law. This meant dealing with 3 dysfunctional state departments and delays in making arrangements. I randomly googled suppliers of direct cremations and called Mosaic on New Year’s Day. From the first phone call I felt relief. Courteous, calm, polite and informative, their central team transferred me to the rep for the northern suburbs of Johannesburg, Dean de Klerk. Despite the absolute disastrous state of the govt facilities, no phone calls being answered, Dean had information on my brother’s remains and that I could identify the him a day later. Him and his team met us on site, guided me seamlessly through the processes and grim loading Bay Area to do the needed identification. Within the day, all needed documents were handled and passed to me as certified copies. He was in constant contact, professional and kind and offered great comfort in what was a horrible process. The cremated remains, original documents were delivered in time for the memorial. Then the cost - whilst one doesn’t consider the cost of cremation services, Mosaic were extremely well priced, considering how service and detail orientated they were. Our family would like to thank and recommend this team to anyone who is in the unenviable position of losing a loved one.

Excellent support. Good continuous communication.
Great service indeed from them. First time I use them for Cremation and all went well. Hands up to Poppy who helped me daily until we reach the goal. She is very patient and love her job.
