I am disappointed with the service received from Dunns. My repair query has been ongoing since 14 April 2026 and, to date, it remains unresolved. I have tried every available channel — live chat, online forms, and phone calls — but none have been effective. The live chat is completely useless, the online forms are a waste of time as no one follows up, and calling in results in the same outcome: being passed around with no resolution. I am repeatedly asked for the same information, yet no actual assistance is provided. This is extremely poor customer service. There is no accountability, no communication, and no urgency to assist the customer. I would not recommend Dunns to anyone based on this experience.

Received a very cold order and chips were very dry; they tasted like they were made earlier in the day. Not happy at all. Steers Sky City, please do better. Order #100478446.
PQ retail store Alberton mall and Sky City mall, the staff there, is well trained on customer service. Their service is exceptional, you end up buying when the plan was just do eye shopping. They are friendly and never get annoyed by helping out customers. They always have a smile which makes it easier for customers to approach them.
I am rating the service I received from Europe It was excellent, friendly and professional and most importantly he understands the importance of customer service and satisfaction. Please train your staff so things do not escalate beyond your own complains department.
On the 19th of August 2023 I bought groceries online about 19 items. Same day courier delivered 7 of those items and the 22nd they delivered only 1 item. On the 24th I sent an email to Makro about 11 missing items on my order and only got automated reply. I was then sent an email to rate the service I received and I rated them accordingly bad service obviously. On the 28 of August a lady called from Makro by the Name Thobile and I explained to her what happened and which items were missing from my order, she then said she will call courier to find out what happened and she called again and said courier said they delivered everything, which is a lie obviously. Then she called the next day and said she will investigate and look at the CCTV and I have not heard from her again. Then I received an email response last week to say the matter has been escalated to the relevant department, no one has called since then. Do not order anything online from Makro, this retailer ****s its customers and when you complain they just respond for the sake of responding but in actual fact they do not care about its customers no do they value their customers. I am still waiting to receive the missing items I ordered. If they cannot deliver those items I want my money back for all those missing items. Their service horrible and they just do not care at all.
