⚠️PQ CLOTHING⚠️ ⚠️ Warning to shoppers at PQ Clothing This is not the first time I’ve experienced this, but it will definitely be the last. Items are marked at one price on the shelf, yet when you get to the till, you are charged more. Previously I ignored it and paid the higher price. This time I decided to question it. The store manager/supervisor was extremely sarcastic and unprofessional. She even said that “each staff member will pay R2” so I could get the item at the marked price. I calmly explained that according to the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to pay the displayed price. She said she would correct it, but continued with a sarcastic attitude and even sarcastically greeted me as I left. When I got home and checked my slip properly — I had STILL been charged incorrectly. This is misleading, unacceptable, and completely disrespectful to customers who simply expect to pay the advertised price. Please double-check your slips if you shop here. The PQ clothing in Greenstone, there’s a lady in management who the staff call Mamzo. That that is full of ****, has no respect for anyone. She mistreats customers but what’s worse was yesterday when I was in store. So there’s one of her employees who was asked by some guy named Greek to change the display on the mannequin…this Mamzo lady was not aware pf the change and whenever she asked who did it the staff told her then she started swearing in the shop. Calling this lady who was asked by management to change the display by names, saying in her words”Nqoli nqoli” meaning dirty thing! As to why people in management would abuse their powers I don’t know! And to disrespect your staff in front of customers is something else. PQ clothing in Greenstone needs to do something with this lady otherwise they will loose customers!!!

Worst shopping experience in my whole life staff were gossiping about us in Zulu, rude staff members including the manager. Maybe they should go for customer care training because it’s like they were picked off the street. Lakeside mall PQ is the worst place to shop at. NEVER AGAIN and apparently kids are not allowed in the store maybe they should put signage about that

After waiting for 30 minutes they tell me they can t findy lay bye. Such a schlep because you have to wait so long every single time you collect a lay bye. Clearly the system they have does not work at all. If there even is a system

Took a jacket to be exchanged for a different size that I got as a gift to Northmead square, and they we not interested in helping me. bad attitude. I will not support them at all. many other friendly retailers to support. cheers PQ's
