011 617 1750 debited R2250 without my permission and I did not agree to such I want my money back into my account asap
2 July 2025 around 10 pm the was 2 unauthorised online transactions, one at 22:06 and one at 22:08, i emailed to them to make them aware I did not authorise those 2 transactions, even tried to call their 080 number for assistance it does not go through, even the email I sent them 2 July has not been responded too and so far no one has contacted me. That time my money is gone.
They did sort out my quiery and did reverse my money into my account.
I took a bed and wardrobe in November 2024 and my nightmare started Wen I was promised my account will be debit 31 January 2025, the 5th December they did unauthorized debit and debited me again 31 December 2024, for them to debit me again in January and I did write an email and went to the store for them to reverse my money and till now no solution, every time they feel bored they debit my account and don't know what is their problem with me cause I am paid up customer on goods previously bored from them. I have written emails and went to store and they have no intention of bringing back my money. I want my money.
Verimark is still failing to transfer my provided money been struggling for a withdrawal since last yr June, almost 3 ,month later after submitting my paperwork work still nothing and after responding to my last hello Peter massage my money is still not paid. If Verimark has eaten my money they must just say so. My id 830501208084.
They fail to help us with our claim the system is forever offline every excuse is blamed on paymaster and this new online system is a **** for the to eat our money or make sure you don't get your money till you get another job. We don't fight then wen they deduct our pays. Labour is a biggest ****.
