Yesterday the 10/12/2023 my internet connection dropped at around 4:00PM therefore i could not work. There was no technical support from Home Connect due to the office being closed. I called Home Connect at 8:00AM this morning only for them to tell me my account is suspended. I then get upset as i have a debit order that runs and it was taken on the 01/12/2023. The lady then said there was a technical error and they have suspended many users account for them to send proof of payment. This type of service is totally unacceptable. This has not been my 1st bad experience with Home Connect.
