Consultant was very professional and helpful, response time was very quick.
I’ve cancelled my Insurance in March, and they deducted on the 25th April 2025. I called them same day, they promised to refund me. Today the 12th of May I called again only to find out it wasn’t processed. I’m so livid, I want my money ASAP.
The consultant is very patient and was able to explain everything I have enquired on.
I haven’t had internet connection since the 27th of June. I’ve called Vodacom numerous times with consults promising to get back to me but with no luck. Even now I had to buy data to watch tv, do school staff for kids and use cellphone. Vodacom is the WORST network service provider EVER.
