I made a booking via Booking.com with Queens and King2 accomodation in Pinetown, 9 Truman Road, Pinetown, 3610. Upon arrival, owner with number: +27 (63) 214-1725 advised us that they had an emergency and can no longer accomodate us for the booking on 28 December 2024 as they had an emergency. I have been following up since and even today for my refund and return in amount of R550, that I want refunded, however both the accomodation and booking.com are now giving a run around and sending me to and fro.
With Vox, I am on a month to month contract. I cancelled and sent my WhatsApp and emails to the requested email address. I even confirmed no further charges nor doubles debits would be made, as I was moving places. They booked to arrange collection of the old modem on 31/08/24 but no one arrived, till this day. I inquired about same, no response. So I had no FTTH in August nor 2 weeks in September. Now I have been billed for the months I was not using their fibre and have my subscription suspended with no notice. I was called my one of their representatives this week and I told them my initial billing issue, but she did not come back to me, until I came back home today to a suspended line. I am very unhappy and angry. I want to cancel everything. What is the point of having a month to month, then charging someone for something they did not use. Unfair and *******, I incurred other data during that month and 2 weeks, where are am I supposed to get money to pay Vox when I wasn’t using their service?????!!!!!! Not even a courtesy call for the suspension, mximm
The legal department / debt collection Atlas Finance uses is utter nonsense. I have been trying to retrieve a settlement letter for the past week but nothing. Maybe it is high time one goes to their offices because honestly this is bull I am very unhappy and frustrated
I have been trying to contact this company for my Atlas Finance account but to no avail. Their number is never answered and email address provided is invalid. I am so unhappy with the service received from Dotsure. They are not assisting to provide me with responses to my emails. I have sent through a quote from panel beaters which has a significant difference to their panel beaters but they they do not want to work to review my claim nor respond to my mails. Definitely going to looking for another insurer as they do not provide me with peace of mind. Such an unhappy customer!
