On Friday the 8th I went to plumblink @ KarenPark. I had 3 items to purchase . So I first greeted the manager, she was busy on the counter, so I greeted her with enthusiasm, she was coke but I assumed she's busy. Sje then came to ask if she can help me, I told her what I was looking for, waste trap , long waste and bath tub... she argued with me saying there's nothing like a long trap. Then I had to call my plumber to ask him to explain about the king trap. When I'm done on the phone call , I send back to her and told her what the plumber swy she then told me with attitude that she referred the other guy to tell help me. (Passing me to someone to help me. This person who's now helping me takes the bath to the front next to the door , no one tells me the bath is ready and now I see he's busy doing Other things which are not related to me so I asked him are you done, he says yes. So now the Bath is left there by the door.anotger guu who works there. He's always friendly, he then helps to load the Bath to our bakkie. No one showed us handles, it also didn't cross my mind to ask or check . When we got to the house. The bath has no handles, the bath is also faulty, it has wrinkles as well. We come back to the shop. We are told the bath had handles but we can't prove it. So I had no choice but to buy handles. I'm not happy to have came back to exchange the faulty bath and to have also purchase handles separately. I'm not happy, I'm very disappointed, they spoiled my day.
Spur Ninapark, I got the very best service from the waiter by the name of Jimmy Tshabalala. He's very friendly, good customer service. His service is commendable.
Great service, they exceeded my expectations and also went an extra mile to serve me. The place is so clean, nicely decorated / furnished. I will recommend this place again and again. I would also mention the lady who assisted me by the name of Rosalia, she was like an Angel on earth. Keep up the good work.
MFC doubled my debit order, i have been struggling to get my refund since the 2nd of May,, to this day, my money is not refunded. Other debir orders has bounced back, im stuck, i regret ever using them as my financier.
MFC debited my car twice. They promised to refund it on Minday the 5th May. To this day they haven't sorted the matter. I've been speaking to atlist 4 people each time I was calling that is 4 people for 5 days means 20 people... just to resolve the matter. The 8th May, my 20th person by the name of Felicia Sithole, promised me to sort the matter and also get her supervisor to call me and resolve the matter, guess what , even the supervisor didn't call me
For the first time in ages, I found service @ Dischem Wonderpark. Precious Mahlatji, you are a rare gem. No one is like you I'm telling you. Very friendly, very patient. Keep up the good work. I wish your fellow colleagues can learn from you.
Signals lost again and again Not reliable service provider, it keeps forgetting user name so I have to reset frequently. This is reallly annoying
Checkers Pretoria North. Store had a covid19 case on 29/06/2020 The following day on the 30th was business as usual. My worry is the safety of clients and safety of staff members. I phoned branch manager about this matter and he denied that there was no covid case. When I phoned the regional manager Audrey. She admitted that there was a covid 19 case. I asked her why was the store not closed for deep cleaning. She said they cleaned at night of the 29th but according to the law the store has to close the entries day, staff members has to be tested not just screened. I find them very negligent and careless
