I had a claim in 2025 February 17. I have been phoning to follow up since the car was not fixed completely in to today my car is not fixed. I phoned in yesterday and told that the person that was assigned to my claim no longer work for the organization.

I had an incident on 17th of February 2027 on a very pouring day on the toad in R34 Empangeni where I got into a pothole. The claim was approved so quickly the turn around time stipulated but up until Today my car is still not fixed. When you write a complaint on their portal they don't attend to it. Their service is very poor. From February to August car is still not fixed
