I bought a Stanley cup online and upon unpacking it had scratches and peeled off colour.I sent them an email asking for an exchange or refund as they sold me damaged goods.They told me they did investigation and their footage shows the cup was not damaged from their side, I damaged it when I unpack with sharp object, so they won'texchange it or refund.I sent them a video that I did when Unpacking as the cup was inside a box, wrapped with a plastic bubble wrap that was not sealed, so I just rolled it off on my bed without using any sharp object.I sent them photos of the scratches and the video.Im soo disappointed and hurt, I feel ****med, that I was sold second hand damaged goods for such a lot of money R1039.
Cell C is full of nonsense, they ***** your airtime and say you are subscribed to Cell C what what.I am done with that ***** network, same as vodacom now.I used to use it for data only, but after they took my R100 airtime I'm throwing away this ******* Sim card.
I had an accident 12 Jan 2023, they approved the claim. Until today it is almost 5 months I dnt have a car, I was told parts are on 3 months back order, eventually they got them end of May 2023, now today 2023/06/05 I'm told there is still outstanding parts still on back order.They dnt know how long it will take to get the parts, and they refuse to write off the car and there is nothing they can do for me either.
