I keep writing reviews about my experience with them and they keep reporting the reviews and having them removed. Joke is on them because every removed review adds multiple bad reviews on multiple platforms. Additionally this means that the terrible reviews out there are only a fraction of the bad reviews about them.
Never received all of the items in my order and they kept giving false promises when I reached out to support until they eventually deleted my account. Garbage website.
The worst service I've ever received. Upgrading my contract in-store proved impossible with employees being unable to solve the simplest problem, so I upgraded online and solved the problem myself. You ****ed that up when your courier got the wrong address and refused to listen when I phoned them. I phoned Vodacom and they refused to listen. I emailed and logged faults and you refused to listen. After a whole day of phoning back-and-forth and lodging complaints you finally figured out that the address was wrong. When your courier finally arrived, he couldn't be bothered to wait 2 minutes for proof that we live in the house that he was delivering to. Now he's gone with the phone that you guarenteed would be delivered within 24hours... 48hours ago. Never have I received such terrible service from a company

<p>I am paying R1499 per month for what they called a 7 megabit, true uncapped, unshaped, unthrottled web service with 99.9% uptime since the days when they were called edge-innova.</p> <p>Their actual uptime is around 60% and even then their network is prone to glitches and odd behaviour, like blocking Google and the Playstation network in the past.</p> <p>Currently my internet speed is rapidly fluctuating between 10 and 50 kilobytes/s (slower than dialup). One Speedtest even showed my speed at 0.02 megabits/s! Its been like this for the past five days. If I'm on the shaped and throttled package, then why am I paying double the price listed on their website?</p> <p>There are near constant issues with fibre breaks, connectivity, power supply and lightning. </p> <p>Support takes their time to respond and customers are frequently left to sort it out themselves. </p> <p>Terrible, even worse than telkom! </p>
Can't load a website on a 4 megabit line on a sunday. Could you send me a list of all the faults I logged and their escalation codes over the past 6 years, so I can start preparing my consumer complaint against telkom. This serves as a notice that I will be holding telkom liable for the losses caused by their incompetence and lack of action in resolving this matter.
ADSL STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY AFTER 6 YEARS OF LOGGING FAULTS!!!
I am completely disgusted by telkom's lack of competence or knowledge. After 6 years of logging the same damned faults, my line syncs at 3 megabits, but my actual throughput is a disgrace at just over 300 kilobit per second and my connections keep being reset. Meaning, I can't load a single webpage between 7am and 7pm. Seriously 6 years and you still can't figure it out?!
Remember my complaint last year? The one where your technicians said they werent going to fix my line because the lines are going to be upgraded?... Still waiting on that upgrade! I have however imported a router with high tolerance for horrible networks like yours. Worked great for 2 weeks until you decreased my speed again. Now I'm experiencing constant line drops and slow speeds. Get your heads out of your asses and learn how to maintain your network!!!
I recently bought a groupon which I had to redeem by e-mailing the seller, who promptly ignored all emails. Tried contacting groupon support but after 2 weeks I've gotten no reply. This is the fifth and the last time groupon stole my money!!!
