Cancelling is a mission and never able use App .Since I joined almost 2 years ago the app never worked I have complained and never got a reply. When I want to cancel as I lost my job they expect a months notice .I lost my job where am I supposed to find the money .I cant not feed my kids in order to pay them. This is disgusting
Very patient and friendly. They tried really hard to find the problem took a couple of tries Peter was always friendly and communicated all that was happening he dropped me off and fetched me no matter how many times .I have been there a few times to service and a few small things they have always gone above and beyond .James the regional manager was so kind when I was struggling to pay and I will forever be grateful for his kindness .
I have been waiting since April 7 for a package supposedly address not on it which is incredible as surely when you get a package to deliver the first thing you ask is an address only called once no message nothing no way to get hold of them as no answer and whats app just repeats same nonsense over and over again address and another number given more than once still no package what do I have to do now its weekend and its a birthday present fopr my daughter
I have emailed and never got a reply regarding questions on my flexi pension.Its almost impossible to get through on the phone.
I have a personal loan.I have sent endless emails and even messaged on facebook they keep debiting me before due date the last time it overdrew my account and left me an entire weekend without money for food because they refuse to debit on first of the month .I also have never received any documents or statements for my personal loan
It took 2 hours to set up Invigilator app by then the test had timed out and my daughter could not take the test the most unfriendly and outrageous app for children to manouver
Precious responded quickly and gave feedback constantly she was friendly and efficient Highly recommend
I have spent 3 days waiting for a delivery on tracker says was delivered Monday to some random stranger .They claim its an error but I think they covering for their mistake everyday they say its out for delivery but I still dont have my Delivery I spent a fortune on the parcel who is going to compensate me ?
What does a person have to do to get a payout my brotrhers wife passed away a few months after being medically boarded after a ver sad and long illness he is about to loose his house and they are just dragging their feet and have made so many mistakes only to blame her work place and others instead of taking responsibility not to mention putting added pressure on the spouse who is about to loose his home because he cant afford the bond on his own and this money could help him pay off his house disgusting
