I have submitted a claim on Tuesday, Wednesday I sent email for follow up, even today no one reverted back, I called on Wednesday I was told the service provider will come today before 10am, nothing, I called again today I am told they couldn't find a service provider, but I was not informed. When you call you wait on the line for over an hour but the automated says in 10 minutes
I received a bad service, from the kitchen guy when I tried to complain to the cashier they said the manager, but the manager was also rude (I heard he is a car wash manager), when i tried to tell them my issue other petrol attendants came in, I left for my safety Potchefstroom Astron (opposite mooiriver mall, next to KFC), bad attitude, it's not even the first time
Poor wor Technician or workmanship. I fitted my CV joints on 22 August 2025 at Potchefstroom Branch in N12 road on the 01 September 2025 was towed with the same for poor fittings.
Very poor service, an immediate payment or whatever they cal 'pay and clear" has not cleared in after 3 working days lz there is no reservation for elderly people, long que without ticket system, every 2 minutes you should stand up, you should ask capitec how customers are treated
My matter has been reported in June, it is 4 weeks and nothing good has come out of that. Even the team leaders are not responding to the escalated matter..
The enquiry or case not yet finalized, I was adviced that the feedback will be shared and so far nothing has been communicated with me
Very poor service, you call and transfered to more than 10 consultant in one call, from one department to another without any resolution with each consultant saying a different thing. I hope never to take any product with them
personnel who were assisting with packing and unpacking were very friendly and professional. packing material also met expectations, no short cut or used packaging material used. the entire team from management were very understanding and flexible to fit our schedule. furniture was handled well, no sign of damage to all the sensitive items. an excellent service
Very poor service, the bus was supposed to be leaving at 09h30, it was delayed by 2 hours just left now at 11h30, when you call call centre consultants are very rude and want to argue with you and say they cant pick up your booking when you inform them you have been calling they say the bus has arrived at the pick up terminal, 30 minutes later the bus in not here. I regret using the service it reminded me of the pre covid era when we were kept at park station over night because they over booked. I shall go back to intercape dont know what got to me this time booking it
