Once again why -- I have been a client for more than 25 years -- there is only one measure of a company "QUALITY" in all they do
Useless - cant get any service - no chat on their web site and holding on for 30min and still they sorry about the wait - what do you do to get service from mweb
easy again thanks for the good service no hassels communication was efficient
have ben trying since feb ( Have proof ) for a downgrade but still not activated DESPITE MANY MANY MANY EMAILS then they want you to download their email trail to watts app or live chat then they dont answer you -- Useless
I tried to get mweb fibre but They dont answer their phones for new clients - what do they do for existing client -- holding on the line for 15 minutes because their phones are " ringing off the hook" is not how I would treat a potential new client They dont get back to you with a resolution - they just say they are looking into it and will get back to you Finally I had enough and cancelled -- still waiting for the mail to confirm its cancelled " they are getting back to me - just not sure when and they record the calls -- wonder if somebody listens to the 15 minutes of noise and they do say you can do it online with the same results -- really really poor -- hope they get it right
Worst service **** to the client just to get them not to handle the issue of my still to date they have not put in any effort to even phone back -- just took the money
