Dear Converse Customer Care, I am writing as a loyal Converse customer who has proudly owned several pairs of All Stars over the years. Unfortunately, I recently experienced a serious quality issue with my Chuck 70 sneakers that I feel deserves your attention. After just one year of ownership, the glue on the shoe dissolved, and the sole wore down abnormally. This deterioration occurred even though the pair had never been washed, soaked, or exposed to rain. I also do not wear this particular pair often, which makes the extent of the damage even more concerning. While the QA feedback suggested negligence, I can confidently state that this is not the case. I am fami**** with how Converse shoes normally wear, and this level of deterioration is unusual and disappointing. I initially reached out to Converse before discarding the shoes because I believe this matter should be reviewed from a quality assurance perspective. As a loyal fan of the brand, I expect better durability and accountability. I kindly request that Converse investigate this issue further and provide feedback on how such defects will be addressed in future production. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
