Someone else used my card (*****) to book or purchase on uber. I complained. They confirmed that it wasn't from my account. They then told me they cant give details of the person besides the fact that the account is named "Matt". They then tell me if I dont know this person, They will help. I said countless times that I dont know this person. They then end the chat immediately. DO NOT USE UBER. R600 TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT.
Legends barber are in support of *********s. Complained 3 weeks ago about Giovann from the cresta branch who made inappropriate secual comments to my 2 year old child. I called head office. They never go back to me. I can confirm he is comfortable and still working at legends barbershop in cresta. FYI, he said my 2 year old daughters lips are so nice he wants to kiss them. Please do not support this business.
Its been 30 days since i filled a form to request debit reversal. No response from FNB regarding this. No money returned. They first said 10 days. Then 30 days. I filled form on the 27th of May. Its the 30th of June. REF:20250527_122106324

Husband has been waiting one and a half month for one payment from African bank, and 11 days for another. They literally keep saying wait for the money every time we call. When we called for the second time for the first payment we were told to that they don't deal with that over the phone. Then, you go in and they tell you to just wait for your money. Really? So basically it takes months for a payment to arrive from African Bank to Capitec. Just pay FNB fees guys. At least you get your payments. We still havent recieved anything.
They didnt even try to update my credit score issues. New report for this month states I have two unpaid debts with FNB for a temp loan from 2 or 3 years ago. They've emailed me twice about this and I've responded twice WITH NO CHANGE. SUPER ANNOYED NOW. This is my third complaint about the same thing. I asked FNB for a paid up letter for a temp loan. They eventually got back to me and sent the paid up letter. Next best thing, my Clearscore & Experian credit report drops 21 points due to FNB claiming that the account is in arrears with a missed payment in April 2023? I have no temp loan with you guys or I wouldnt be able to use my account. I even have a recent paid up letter from FNB. I worked my credit up only for FNB to say the account is in arrears. It's actually impossible for a smart account to be used if it owes a temp loan. Can you guys correct this on your side and send it to Experian? Also I can't download a clearscore or experian credit report, it can only be viewd online. I can only send screenshots
