On 14 April, 2025, I called in and advised that since my account was paid up, I requested a paid up letter. I also advised them that my account was paid and do not need any other extra service that they wanted me to take up. The agent that helped me over the phone submitted my requested and gave me a reference number. 15 days later, my account was debited again and they even took extra money from my account for the service that they wanted me to take up, which I refused to take up. These people are a **** and I advise anyone not to take up any contract with On Air TV. Their service is really bad and they do not care about the customer. They also updated my ITC as 1 month in arrears even though they are the ones that took my money instead of me owing them. I despise the day I took that that stupid contract with them. What a waste of my time., calling their inefficient call centre where no one even picks up the call! Do yourselves a favour and do not sign up anything with On Air Tv.
