I will like to take this opportunity and thank Employees of Standard Bank at Cosmo city, always helpful with a smile from Security to staff inside the bank I don't remember going to the bank and find them with a straight face, they are always happy smiling as if they do not have problems of themselves, keep up the good work and keep helping your clients at all-time I appreciate your assistance

Good day I would to take this opportunity to Primrose, Tumelo and Sizakele from Cashbuild Cosmo city, they never disappoint, you know their Customer service is on another level, they always take their time to assist you, from the telephonically quotation I did on Saturday with Primrose to Tumelo updating the quote and invoice to Sizakele at the till everything went smooth, Sizakele even organized a chair for me understanding my condition. Keep up the good work, you are the best

I went to Cashbuild Cosmo City on Sunday to buy couple of material, I must say the service I received from Tumelo, Marudu and Lungile was on another, I went back on Monday 16/12/2024 to add more so that they deliver together I'm telling you I was treated with respect and smile in their face and Lungile made sure that all contacts and delivery address are correct, I'm so impressed with the service I received, keep doing good job guys you are a great Team. 👌👌👏👏

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Celebration one of the Manager's at Laduma Hardware Hluvukani, for assisting me after sending POP on Saturday and she made sure it is confirmed by head office and building material delivered late afternoon even though I was expecting delivery on Tuesday morning, that's what we call best Customer service, as I'm in Joburg and everything was done via phone, I appreciate her effort.

Matome gave me best Customer service
I went to truworths Northgate.. Where I got helped by Matome... The service was outmost.. He helped me to take off my jacket and fit a new one since I had my arm not working... Afterward he took me to the pay point... Helped finally he helped me to carry the purchase to the parking lot.. I've never got such good service before.. Truworths Northgate is a good store to shop at.. Thank you very much Matome

I was so impressed with her Customer service
I went to Dischem Northgate on Sunday 23/04/2023 and at the till was a lady by the name of Mbali, and at her till there was some vitamins she took her time explaining to us the pricing and the benefits of having them and I was so impressed and I said to her why are they waisting you at the till while you should be doing marketing and I thought let me pass message because I was so impressed with Mbali that is the kind of customer service would like to get when going to retail shops I'm impressed with her service
